Concentration

Nikon D40X - Nikkor 18-55@23 - f/6.3 - 1/3s - ISO:400 - camera on table

The subject was most likely unaware of the shot and must have been really into whatever she was reading; to stay still enough for the 1/3 second exposure.
The National Maritime Museum, Greenwich houses some of the first marine chronographs along with their history.

Ashish - The first and second lines are not related.
Actually in the shot, the shutter is open for 1/3 second which is pretty long. During this, every moving point will show up at multiple points on the sensor and thus come blurred just like that guy in the background. The girl on the other hand stayed still all along and thus is in focus.
